Refund Policy

Project cancellations

If you cancel before we begin work, you receive a full refund of any deposit paid. If we have started work, refunds are pro-rated based on time and effort already invested.

Quality concerns

If our delivered estimate falls outside our 95% accuracy commitment due to our error, we will revise it free of charge or, at our discretion, refund the engagement fee.

How to request

Send refund requests with the project reference to info@onetenestimations.com. We respond within 5 business days.
