By engaging One Ten Estimations, you agree to provide accurate plans and project information. Estimates are based on the documents supplied and are valid for the period specified in our quote.

Accuracy

While we strive for and consistently achieve over 95% accuracy, our estimates are advisory and final pricing depends on field conditions, market changes, and execution.

Confidentiality

All plans and project documents you share are treated as confidential. We sign NDAs on request.

Payments

Fees are fixed per scope and due as agreed in the proposal. Late payments may incur interest at the legal rate.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific estimate. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA.
